Speaking & Workshops

Real talk about people, in plain language your team can use on Monday.

I speak to business owners, managers and leadership teams about the people side of business: the conversations everyone's avoiding, the teams that won't gel, and the policies that only work on paper. No jargon, no fluff. Your people leave with something they can use Monday morning.

What I speak on

Every session is tailored to your audience, your industry and the problems your people are actually facing.

Communication that actually lands

Why smart people still misread each other, and the simple habits that cut down on drama, rework and "I thought you meant…"

Great for: whole teams, managers, staff retreats

Hard conversations

How to give tough feedback, address behavior and have the conversation you've been putting off, without wrecking the relationship or creating legal risk.

Great for: owners, managers, supervisors

Performance management without the paperwork

Clear expectations, feedback that sticks, and documentation done right. Built for growing companies, not corporate HR departments.

Great for: owners, managers, new leaders

Personalities at work

Using the Predictive Index to understand how you and the people around you are wired, so you can communicate, delegate and lead with less friction.

Great for: teams, leadership groups, new managers

Building cohesive teams

The Five Behaviors® model: trust, conflict, commitment, accountability and results. Why good people don't always make a good team, and how to fix it.

Great for: executive teams, department heads

Why book me

Not a motivational speaker. A business owner who's been there.

22 years as a business owner

I've made payroll, hired, fired and had the hard conversations myself. Your audience hears real stories, not theory.

Credentialed

Master of Human Resource Development from Clemson University, and SHRM Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP).

Proven tools

Certified PI Practitioner and authorized Five Behaviors® facilitator, so what I teach is backed by research, not just opinion.

Built to be used

Interactive and practical. People leave with a plan, a script or a tool, not notes they'll never look at again.

There's a shared sense of momentum and alignment that feels different, in a very positive way, and that's a direct result of your work with us.

Questions event planners ask

Do you speak virtually?

Yes. I can present live by video to any group, anywhere. Workshops usually work best in person, but we can make virtual work.

Will you travel?

Yes. I'm based in Anderson, SC, and I work with groups across the continental U.S. Travel is built into your quote up front.

What does it cost?

It depends on the format, the length and travel. Send me the details above and you'll get a clear quote before you commit.

Can you tailor the session to our group?

Always. Before your event, we'll talk about who's in the room and what's going on with them, and I'll build the session around that.

Can we add coaching or follow-up?

Yes. Many groups pair a session with follow-up coaching or a Predictive Index assessment so the learning sticks. We'll figure out what fits.

No forms. No pitch.
