Program name and description

The Dawson Group Applicant and Client Messages. The Dawson Group helps its clients hire. When you text us to apply for a role or ask about a job, or when you opt in as a client, you'll get text messages about your request: replies to your questions, updates on your application, interview and appointment scheduling, and reminders. If you ask us to, we'll also text you about future job openings. We don't send any other promotional or marketing texts, and we don't share your number with anyone for marketing.

How you opt in

You agree to receive texts when you:

• text us first at 864-383-4840, for example by texting one of these keywords: ROOF or TECHO to apply for a job, STEP2 to answer the second round of application questions, ALLCON for the employee referral program, AGENT to apply as a real estate agent or REALESTATE to apply as a real estate assistant with Great Homes of South Carolina, or GREATHOMES for the Great Homes agent referral program, or
• give us your mobile number and check the box agreeing to texts on a form on this website, or
• tell us directly, in writing or by phone, that it's OK to text you.

When you apply, you can also choose to receive texts about future job openings. That is optional, and we send them only if you say yes. Replying STOP at any time ends all messages from us, including job openings.

Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of applying for a job or buying any service.

Message frequency

Message frequency varies based on your conversation with us, your application and the services you use.

Cost

Message and data rates may apply. We don't charge for texts, but your mobile carrier's standard rates apply based on your plan.

How to opt out

You can cancel at any time. Text STOP to 864-383-4840. You'll get one message confirming you've been unsubscribed, and then no more texts from us. You can also use END, CANCEL, UNSUBSCRIBE, QUIT or STOP ALL. To start again, text START.

Carriers

Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 and the account holder for the mobile number, or have the account holder's permission, to opt in.

Privacy

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties. Read our full Privacy Policy.

Don't text sensitive information

Please don't send Social Security numbers, medical details, passwords or bank information by text. Call or email us instead and we'll find a secure way to handle it.

Text buttons elsewhere on this website open a conversation with Wendy Dawson at 864-387-0947. Those are personal, one-to-one conversations, not part of this messaging program, but the same privacy promises apply: your number is never shared for marketing, and if you ask us to stop texting you, we will.

Changes to these terms

If we change these terms, we'll post the new version here and update the effective date above.
