Fractional HR

My business is growing and I don't have time to do HR anymore.

You used to know everyone's name, their kids' names and what they were paid. Now there are new faces every month, the paperwork is piling up, and the HR stuff happens at night, after the real work. Or it doesn't happen at all.

What's really going on

Congratulations: this is a growth problem. But it's a real one. Somewhere between 10 and 50 employees, the way you've always handled people stops working. What used to be a handshake now needs a policy. What used to be a quick conversation now needs documentation. And the rules change as you cross employee-count lines (15, 20, 50) whether anyone tells you or not.

I hit this wall in my own businesses. The fix wasn't working more nights. It was getting someone who knew what they were doing to own it.

How I solve it

I become your HR department, part-time. Anywhere from a few hours a month to more, customized to what you need right now (we figure that out together on a discovery call), I'm the senior HR person on your team:

  • First 30 days: a quick HR audit of what you have, what's missing and what's risky
  • Then: we fix the top priorities first, like the handbook, hiring and onboarding, or documentation
  • Ongoing: I handle the people questions, coach your managers, and keep you compliant as you grow

You get back your nights, and you stop wondering what you're missing.

This is for you if…

  • You have roughly 10 to 75 employees and no dedicated HR person
  • HR is falling to you, your office manager or your bookkeeper
  • You're hiring faster than your systems can keep up

It's not the right fit if…

  • You already have a full HR team (though I do coach HR leaders)
  • You're looking for a PEO or payroll company

No forms. No pitch.
